Kevin Olson; Personal Trainer
An NSCA - Certified Personal Trainer, Kevin will lead you one on one in strength training and guide you to better health and wellness. His goal for you is the same as his own: To equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to continue healthy fitness education and encourage others down paths of better personal health. With an education emphasis in health and exercise science, Kevin creates and directs safe and effective exercise programs, unique to each of YoungQuest's clients needs.
Kevin starts out simple, and walks you through numerous key facts about all components of fitness including strength training, muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, body composition, and nutrition. All of this is important to ensuring that he is targeting the right fitness program for you.
Not working out alone? Not a problem. Kevin is well trained in leading group fitness classes with different components of fitness including aerobic warm ups, stretching, and light resistance training. Or for the more aggressive individual, Kevin can successfully lead one on one strength training sessions.
